GeorgetownMedical Assist Team (GMAT) First Aid Standby Request

GMAT is a non-profit organization that provides first aid standby personnel at no cost to Georgetown, Texas area community organizations. 

Our members are experienced and certified Texas Emergency Medical Technicians or Emergency Care Attendants with CPR training. 

When working a standby event, we provide

• immediate first aid care ,
• summon a Williamson County EMS ambulance if needed,
• a complete BLS (Basic Life Support) first aid kit,
• oxygen,
• an AED (automated external defibrillator)

A thirty-day lead-time is required to schedule our personnel and there is no guarantee we will be able staff all requests.  While we do not charge for this service, we do need to replace any supplies we use.  Donations for our services appreciated.
